Peter Wu 73927044cb daemon: fix memleak in org.freedesktop.UPower.Wakeups.GetData 
up_wakeups_get_cmdline returns allocated memory and
up_wakeup_item_set_cmdline duplicates it. Therefore free the former
after setting it on the item.

UPower
===============

Requirements:

   glib-2.0         >= 2.6.0
   gio-2.0          >= 2.16.1
   dbus-1           >= 1.0
   dbus-glib-1      >= 0.76
   gudev-1.0        >= 001
   libusb

UPower is an abstraction for enumerating power devices,
listening to device events and querying history and statistics.
Any application or service on the system can access the
org.freedesktop.UPower service via the system message bus.
