Landry Breuil 37ff0d4ddb openbsd: fix energy-rate calculation 
since acpibat.c r1.59, bst_rate type is SENSOR_AMPS or SENSOR_WATTS
and value has been corrected. Tweak accordingly.

UPower
===============

Requirements:

   glib-2.0         >= 2.6.0
   gio-2.0          >= 2.16.1
   dbus-1           >= 1.0
   dbus-glib-1      >= 0.76
   gudev-1.0        >= 001
   polkit-gobject-1 >= 0.91
   libusb

UPower is an abstraction for enumerating power devices,
listening to device events and querying history and statistics.
Any application or service on the system can access the
org.freedesktop.UPower service via the system message bus.
