Bastien Nocera 2dae17d87b daemon: Make UpDevice emit PropertiesChanged signals 
That will make libupower-glib UpDevice work again, as the proxy
was not receiving property changes, and we kept reading old
cached values.

UPower
===============

Requirements:

   glib-2.0         >= 2.6.0
   gio-2.0          >= 2.16.1
   dbus-1           >= 1.0
   dbus-glib-1      >= 0.76
   gudev-1.0        >= 001
   polkit-gobject-1 >= 0.91
   libusb

UPower is an abstraction for enumerating power devices,
listening to device events and querying history and statistics.
Any application or service on the system can access the
org.freedesktop.UPower service via the system message bus.
