* poptparse.c, popthelp.c, poptconfig.c, popt.c, pkg.c, findme.c,
	configure.in: Check for malloc.h and use that if it exists.
	Apparently this makes Win32 happier.  Thanks to Carlo Bramini for
	the patch.
