c9ae5ab0cb Use meson feature for lynx 
This means you don't have to explicitly disable the lynx option to build
pavucontrol if you don't have lynx installed.

04655fae70 build-sys: Drop autotools build 
We've had the meson build for a bit, and it's faster and cleaner to
maintain.

805d6522c6 build-sys: Add a meson-based build systeom 
The only missing feature for parity with autotools is generating a text
README using lynx. I think this might be okay to skip as it seems
unnecessary as a dependency.

e49a10d06f README: Fix charset 
I noticed that "Norwegian Bokmål" didn't render correctly in the
browser. Just fixing the xml declaration didn't help, I had to add the
meta element for declaring the charset.

f14cfbae5f README: remove the copyright notice 
The copyright notice would need updating, because there are also others
than Lennart and Colin who own copyrights to paprefs, and the years are
out of date. Having to continuously update the copyright years seems
just unnecessary churn to me. People can browse the git history if
they're interested in the copyright details.

3c596d42aa README: update links 
Also remove the minimum supported PulseAudio version. The current
minimum libpulse version is 5.0, but if it's written on the page, the
information will inevitably get out of date sooner or later.

5d98266d7c doc: Adapt the sed expression for cleaning up links 
Some lynx versions produce links of the form file:///..., others produce
file://localhost/..., so catch both forms.

2505798a84 build-sys: Fix README building 
Fixes for out-of-tree build, as well as making --disable-lynx work
correctly. Note that make dist will fail if lynx support is disabled (as
it should, since README will then not be available to put in the
tarball).

9456662992 Install README files in doc/html directories. 
Install and distribute README.html and style.css in the html
directory.
Install and distribute README in the doc directory.

The htmldir and docdir entries are added by recent versionf of
autoconf and are configurable, so that distributions don't need to
handle installation of these manually.
