Erik Faye-Lund f7efa2858f pvr: do not use c_msvc_compat_args ... This code isn't MSVC compatible, as it uses VLAs (for instance). Until there's a reason to support MSVC, let's not even try. Otherwise, we make it harder than needed to add flags to make the MSVC compat flags more complete.
