Samuel Pitoiset f3c64c2ff6 radv: remove bogus VkShaderCreateInfoEXT::flags being 0 assert for compute ... This was a leftover. Flags can be different than 0, like for required subgroup size and it should already be correctly supported. Fixes recent dEQP-VK.shader_object.performance.dispatch_base.
