Karmjit Mahil 9905322df9 pvr: Advertise STORAGE_IMAGE_BIT for B10G11R11_UFLOAT_PACK32 
For optimalTilingFeatures we should be advertising
STORAGE_IMAGE_BIT for B10G11R11_UFLOAT_PACK32 too.
