Kenneth Graunke d3f4f23ca3 intel/vec4: Inline emit_texture and move helpers to brw_vec4_nir.cpp ... emit_texture() only has one caller, nir_emit_texture(). We may as well inline that. Move the associated helper functions for emitting sampler messages there as well, to keep associated code nearby.
