Erik Faye-Lund c8994256a6 anv, hasvk: remove stale TODO-files ... This file hasn't really been updated since 2016, apart from a single search-replace two years ago. That's an eternity in ANV-land, so let's just remove these. While we're at it, also remove the duplicate in hasvk.
