Emma Anholt c00db99e0e gallium: Delete PIPE_CAP_TGSI_ANY_REG_AS_ADDRESS ... Softpipe was the only driver still using this feature. I had enabled it in ba22f014f9 ("softpipe: Enable PIPE_CAP_TGSI_ANY_REG_AS_ADDRESS;") for an instr count win, but it's really not important to that driver and it's not worth keeping the knob around just for that.
