José Roberto de Souza 1bd83ba819 intel/dev: Add INTEL_DEVICE_INFO_MMAP_MODE_INVALID 
Adding this mmap mode makes explicit in code that PAT compressed
buffers should not be mmaped.

Although there is no CPU access Xe KMD uAPI still requires a
cpu_caching to be set, so setting WC.
