Valentine Burley 03a84a1e03 ci/android: Add arm64 support for Android CTS ... Android CTS for both arm64 and x86_64 Android targets always ships with an x86_64 host JDK. Tradefed supports running on arm64 hosts though, so provide a native JDK by installing Debian's openjdk-21-jdk-headless package on arm64.
