Daniel Stone 752b23547a panfrost/ci: Skip broken image copy tests ... Any kind of image copy with a conversion (between channel size/order/content, or between tiling mode) seems liable to failure. Since this seems like a general problem, just skip the entire battery of tests until it can be systematically fixed.
