Marek Olšák ef741dad68 gallium,st/mesa: allow reporting compile failures from create_vs/fs/.._state ... This adds a proper interface for reporting shader compile failures. They are propagated to the GLSL linker. Reporting errors from finalize_nir will be deprecated.
