Valentine Burley 8a45554efa freedreno/ci: Decrease a660-gl paralellism 
Currently there are only 8 sm8350-hdk DUTs in LAVA, but there were
10 pre-merge jobs scheduled for them.
Add a full nightly job to cover the gaps.
