Something is not working correctly when running Vulkan implicit synchronization tests. They are affecting other tests running in parallel in the sense that they go from taking a few seconds to time out. Let's skip them until we find where is the problem, as this is affecting the CI with several flakes and timeouts. Signed-off-by: Juan A.
