Marek Olšák e7214b9446 glapi: rename exported symbols so as not to conflict with old libglapi ... libwaffle 1.7.0 has a hack that dlopen's libglapi with RTLD_GLOBAL, which was meant to preload libglapi, but with this MR it overwrites libgallium's own symbols, which breaks libgallium.
