Nanley Chery 18231fc548 intel/blorp: Modify get_fast_clear_rect for XeHP ... The alignment and scale down values have changed on this platform. To support drivers that won't use a CCS surface on this platform, this patch computes the CCS fast clear rectangle using the main surface.
