Konstantin Seurer 6168317b84 lavapipe: Implement shaderResourceResidency ... Adds a bit set to llvmpipe_resurce where each bit stores the residency of a 64KB tile. The sampling code is adjusted to make use of said table and return a residency code for sparse texture operations.
