Axel Davy 58d295d41e st/nine: Enforce LOD 0 for D3DUSAGE_AUTOGENMIPMAP ... For D3DUSAGE_AUTOGENMIPMAP textures, applications can only lock/copy from/get surface descriptor for/etc the first level.
