Michel Dänzer 55d0fb12cd vulkan/wsi/x11: Don't use modifiers when ignoring SUBOPTIMAL ... Without SUBOPTIMAL, we'd generally end up picking a modifier which isn't scanout capable, so direct scanout wasn't possible.
