Robert Mader df09c3b0e7 drm-uapi: update drm_fourcc.h to latest version ... Taken from commit e252e3f3488 of the drm-misc-next kernel tree, including the new 10/12/16bit software decoder YCbCr formats. These have also been pulled into the libdrm 2.4.125 release.
