Erik Faye-Lund 487010a099 mesa/main: require EXT_texture_type_2_10_10_10_REV for gles3 ... OpenGL ES 3.0 require this functionality, so we should also test for it to avoid incorrectly exposing a too high GLES version. On desktop, this has been required since all the way back in OpenGL 1.2 anyway.
