Marek Olšák 0cf5d1f226 gallium: remove PIPE_CAP_INFO_START_WITH_USER_INDICES and fix all drivers ... Drivers aren't allowed to ignore start with user index buffers anymore. This is required by the new fast path where mesa/main is using pipe_draw_info.
