Karol Herbst 7cd1f645de include: remove C++ OpenCL headers ... We don't use them and will therefore be always out of date. They live in a seperate reposity at https://github.com/KhronosGroup/OpenCL-CLHPP. And since distributions can't rely on us to install OpenCL headers there is no advantage in keeping them around in our repo.
