Tapani Pälli 5e80cdbf8e anv: allow stencil memory export ... This commit reverts 58e9371141 as now iris driver can import stencil. This makes ext_external_objects-vk-stencil-display pass and X-Plane 11 vulkan rendering backend to work with anv + iris.
