Faith Ekstrand 1a911f3d75 nvk: Use suld for EDB uniform texel buffers ... The tricks we play for texel buffers with VK_EXT_descriptor_buffer don't work with tld with very large buffers. suld, on the other hand, doesn't seem to have these limitations.
