A couple basic tests for loops with the exit condition after the increment. In compiler literature, the optimization that moves the exit condition from the top to the bottom is called "loop inversion." v2: Pass parameters to loop_builder_invert using a struct. Add a comment describing the loop being constructed to loop_builder_invert. Both suggested by Caio.
