Job Noorman 891132c3ec ir3/legalize: use (sy) for ray_intersection WAR hazards 
It seems like (ss) is not enough to resolve WAR hazards for
ray_intersection.

Fixes CTS tests:
- dEQP-VK.ray_query.stress.fragment_shader.aabbs
- dEQP-VK.ray_query.stress.fragment_shader.triangles
