Danylo Piliaiev b3043434d9 freedreno: Fix field size of A6XX_TEX_CONST[3].ARRAY_PITCH 
We silently dropped higher bits of layer size, which was not
caught by CTS because it requires image to be big.

Fixes rendering in shadowmappingcascade Vulkan demo.
