The original implementation in os_memory_fd.c always uses memfds.
Replace this by using the already existing os_create_anonymous_file in
order to support older systems or systems without memfd.

memfd_create() is a linux syscall replace the use of it with
shm_mkstemp() on OpenBSD.
unconditionally include stdlib.h for mkstemp()/mkostemp()

Move the Weston os_create_anonymous_file code from egl/wayland into util,
add support for Linux memfd and FreeBSD SHM_ANON,
use that code in anv/aubinator instead of explicit memfd calls for portability.
