de32f9275f treewide: add & use parent instr helpers
We add a bunch of new helpers to avoid the need to touch >parent_instr,
including the full set of:

* nir_def_is_*
* nir_def_as_*_or_null
* nir_def_as_* [assumes the right instr type]
* nir_src_is_*
* nir_src_as_*
* nir_scalar_is_*
* nir_scalar_as_*

Plus nir_def_instr() where there's no more suitable helper.

Also an existing helper is renamed to unify all the names, while we're
churning the tree:

* nir_src_as_alu_instr -> nir_src_as_alu

..and then we port the tree to use the helpers as much as possible, using
nir_def_instr() where that does not work.

Acked-by: Marek Olšák <maraeo@gmail.com>

---

To eliminate nir_def::parent_instr we need to churn the tree anyway, so I'm
taking this opportunity to clean up a lot of NIR patterns.

2c51a8870d nir: add nir_vectorize_cb callback parameter to nir_lower_phis_to_scalar()
Some checks are pending
macOS-CI / macOS-CI (dri) (push) Waiting to run
macOS-CI / macOS-CI (xlib) (push) Waiting to run
Similar to nir_lower_alu_width(), the callback can return the
desired number of components for a phi, or 0 for no lowering.

The previous behavior of nir_lower_phis_to_scalar() with lower_all=true
can be elicited via nir_lower_all_phis_to_scalar() while the previous
behavior with lower_all=false now corresponds to nir_lower_phis_to_scalar()
with NULL callback.

4e2830c9ef nir: Clean up nir_op_is_vec() and its callers
The nir_op_is_vec() helper I added in 842338e2f0 ("nir: Add a
nir_op_is_vec helper") treats nir_op_mov as a vec even though the
semanitcs of the two are different. In retrospect, this was a mistake
as the previous three fixup commits show. This commit splits the helper
into two: nir_op_is_vec() and nir_op_is_vec_or_mov() and uses the
appropriate helper at each call site. Hopefully, this rename will
encurage any future users of these helpers to think about nir_op_mov as
separate from nir_op_vecN and we can avoid these bugs.

5e37cfb7fe nir: Consistently pass the shader to the shader arg of instr creation.
We were using the ralloc parent in some places, which should work out to
be the shader I think, but to de-ralloc the instrs we should just pass the
existing shader pointer in.

a40714abf7 nir/lower_phis_to_scalar: Add "lower_all" option
We don't want to have to deal with vector phis in freedreno, because
vectors are always split/unsplit around vectorized instructions anyways,
and the stated reason for not scalarising them (it hurting coalescing)
won't apply to us because we won't be using nir_from_ssa. Add this
option so that we don't have to do the equivalent thing while
translating from NIR.

I can't think of any reason why shared and output aren't in this list.

f2dc0f2872 nir: Drop imov/fmov in favor of one mov instruction
The difference between imov and fmov has been a constant source of
confusion in NIR for years. No one really knows why we have two or when
to use one vs. the other. The real reason is that they do different
things in the presence of source and destination modifiers. However,
without modifiers (which many back-ends don't have), they are identical.
Now that we've reworked nir_lower_to_source_mods to leave one abs/neg
instruction in place rather than replacing them with imov or fmov
instructions, we don't need two different instructions at all anymore.
