6836118cd2 anv/android: enable emulated astc for applications 
This layer was blocking Android emulated ASTC support as it did not
take "emu_astc_ldr" in to account.

82c08c4141 anv: rename layers entrypoints 
Prefix everything with anv_ so it doesn't clash with other drivers if
loaded in the same process.
