deqp is probably the biggest thing that we're building (definitely in
size of binary linked), so it's also the one that benefits the most from
using mold for linking.

Modify the build process for the images to include the build to have ci-kdl
available in the Mesa jobs. Modify also the init-stage2 to launch in the
background the process that will collect data and store a json file with the
relative changes on the recorded data.

A tool to collect relative changes in some registers of sysfs can be used in
the Mesa jobs to record information while the tests are being executed.

was splitted.
Re-add it.
This can make it more convenient for other projects to reuse these
scripts.

- To keep things organized, create a base hidden jobs for alpine images,
as we have 2 now
- This image will have an SSH client ran by LAVA dispatchers
(x86_64-only) who will serve as a bypass channel of output and dmesg
and an alternative for UART.

I want to have the possibility to use asan in for etnaviv ci. As lot
devices in the my CI farm are arm32 based lets do some prep work.
I had to skip the mesa:util suite as there are some asan problems
on 32bit platform with the hash_map. Once they got sorted out we can
enable the suite again.

We not passing very long string, but multiple separate packages, using
the array seems to be more logical and clear solution, without
shellcheck complaining about word spliting and risk making of accidental
mistakes (missed backslash etc.).
Shebang change, because let's have it same everywhere.
