be93e38152 aco/vn: remove instruction hash templates 
This reuses the instruction data size helper used for creating instruction.
It also removes the hashing of the aco::spans used for operands and definitions,
which was redundant with hash finalization.

This doesn't seem useful anymore, and it seems we forgot to set it in a

fbf791e70c aco: value number VOPC instructions with different exec masks 
This becomes possible as long as we do

   val = s_and_b32/64 exec, val

before any subgroup operations.

This precautional instruction can be removed by the
optimizer if 'val' was computed by a VOPC instruction
using the same exec mask.

Instead, copy-propagate through and remove them.

This improves value numbering in this situation:
a = ...
b = copy a
c = copy a
use(b)
use(c)
