6b72004f12 nir/phis_to_scalar: Use a deny-list for load_deref modes
I can't think of any reason why shared and output aren't in this list.
The real thing we're trying to do is avoid premature scalarization
because of a shader or function temporary variable because we might
lower it to something we don't want scalarized later. Also fix the
version we copy+pasted into GCM.

ff124e3fe3 nir: Add a load_global_constant intrinsic
This has the same semantics as load_global except the memory it reads is
known to be constant so load_global_constant intrinsics can be CSEd
rather than relying on more complex copy-propagation.

d29f10a7ca nir: add nir_intrinsic_interp_deref_at_vertex
From the SPV_AMD_shader_explicit_vertex_parameter extension:
"Returns the value of the input <interpolant> without any
interpolation, i.e. the raw output value of previous shader
    stage."

f2dc0f2872 nir: Drop imov/fmov in favor of one mov instruction
The difference between imov and fmov has been a constant source of
confusion in NIR for years. No one really knows why we have two or when
to use one vs. the other. The real reason is that they do different
things in the presence of source and destination modifiers. However,
without modifiers (which many back-ends don't have), they are identical.
Now that we've reworked nir_lower_to_source_mods to leave one abs/neg
instruction in place rather than replacing them with imov or fmov
instructions, we don't need two different instructions at all anymore.

f48527e51a nir: allow nir_lower_phis_to_scalar() on more src types
Rather than only lowering if all srcs are scalarizable we instead
check that at least one src is scalarizable.

We change undef type to return false otherwise it will cause
regressions when it is the only scalarizable src.

e461926ef2 nir: Add load/store/atomic global intrinsics
These correspond roughly to reading/writing OpenCL global pointers. The
idea is that they just take a bare address and load/store from it. Of
course, exactly what this address means is driver-dependent.

d80c342d89 nir: add deref lowering sanity checking
This will be removed at the end of the transition, but add some tracking
plus asserts to help ensure that lowering passes are called at the
correct point (pre or post deref instruction lowering) as passes are
converted and the point where lower_deref_instrs() is called is moved.
