This patch renames functions, structures, enums etc. with "gen_"
prefix defined in common code.

Aubinator creates lots of 4k mappings, so for large traces it's
possible to hit system limit on the number of mappings created
by a single process.
Ideally, aubinator should merge those mappings, but that's tricky
and I'm not sure it's worth spending time on.

The order of comparison has changed, so we need to invert the logic of
"insert_left" when using rb_tree_insert_at().

The new order matches that of the comparison functions accepted by the C
standard library qsort() functions. Being consistent with qsort will
hopefully help avoid developer confusion.
The only current user of the red-black tree is aub_mem.c which is pretty
easy to fix up.

Move the Weston os_create_anonymous_file code from egl/wayland into util,
add support for Linux memfd and FreeBSD SHM_ANON,
use that code in anv/aubinator instead of explicit memfd calls for portability.

When we map a PPGTT buffer into a continous address space of aubinator
to be able to inspect it, we currently add it to the list of BOs to
unmap once we're finished. An optimization we can apply it to look up
that list before trying to remap PPGTT buffers again (we already do
this for GGTT buffers).
We need to take some care before doing this because the list also
contains GGTT BOs. As GGTT & PPGTT are 2 different address spaces, we
can have matching addresses in both that point to different physical
locations.
This changes adds a flag on the elements of the list of mapped BOs to
differenciate between GGTT & PPGTT, which allows use to reuse that
list when looking up both address spaces.
