883f9891cb LIB_DIR is now just 'lib' or 'lib64' 
Replaced $(LIB_DIR) with $(TOP)/$(LIB_DIR), use LIB_DIR in install targets.

d84f09306c Replace -lGL with -l$(GL_LIB), etc. 
Remove GLU_LIB_DEPS, OSMESA_LIB_DEPS lines if identical to 'default' file.
