load_attribute_pan is a panfrost-specific intrinsic for loading
vertex attributes. Takes explicit vertex and instance IDs which
we need in order to implement vertex attribute divisor with
non-zero base instance on v9+.
Passes which are used by panvk are modified to be aware of
load_attribute_pan.

The problem with radeonsi+ACO is that UBO loads from vec4 uniforms using
only 1 component always load all 4 components. This fixes that.
We are only interested in shrinking UBO and SSBO loads, but I added more
intrinsics because why not.

First, we need to give the parent_instr field a unique name to be able to
replace with a helper. We have parent_instr fields for both nir_src and
nir_def, so let's rename nir_src::parent_instr in preparation for rework.
This was done with a combination of sed and manual fix-ups.
Then we use semantic patches plus manual fixups:

The nir_op_is_vec() helper I added in 842338e2f0 ("nir: Add a
nir_op_is_vec helper") treats nir_op_mov as a vec even though the
semanitcs of the two are different. In retrospect, this was a mistake
as the previous three fixup commits show. This commit splits the helper
into two: nir_op_is_vec() and nir_op_is_vec_or_mov() and uses the
appropriate helper at each call site. Hopefully, this rename will
encurage any future users of these helpers to think about nir_op_mov as
separate from nir_op_vecN and we can avoid these bugs.

Instead, we replace it directly with nir_def. We could replace it with
nir_dest but the next commit gets rid of that so this avoids unnecessary
churn. Most of this commit was generated by sed:

Image sparse loads can be stripped from their sparse component if
unused and turned into non sparse variants.
Texture sparse accesses can also be turned off if unused.

While this change helps with few shaders, the main benefit is
that it allows to unroll loops comming from nine+ttn on vec4
backends. D3D9 REP ... ENDREP type loops are unrolled now already,
LOOP ... ENDLOOP need some nine changes that will come later.

Specifically when shrinking load_const with number of components
> 5, if the final number of components is not allowed (for example 8->6)
it would report false for progress even if we actually did some
reshuffling and also it would skip on the rewrite of the readers.

This helps r300 driver because we can only do single channel for math
ops at a time, so the first version would result in three frcp
instructions. The nir_opt_shrink_vectors comments even claim the pass
should be doing this, however it actually does it only for nir_op_vecx
instructions, so extend this for generic alu instructions.

The set of supported vector sizes in NIR has holes in it. For example, we
support vec5 and vec8, but not vec6 or vec7. However, this pass did not take
that into account, and would happily shrink a vec8 down to a vec7, causing NIR
validation to fail. Instead, the pass should round up to the next supported
vector size.
Fixes NIR validation fail in OpenCL's test_basic hiloeo subtest.
