This was originally needed to bind the context to the background thread
for DRI2 because it needs to be able to get buffers from the X server.
With DRI3 and Wayland, however, it's not needed. All the DRI3 code gets
everything it needs from the drawable and only uses the context for
flushes and blits, which always come from GLX itself, not the render
thread. Now that we've deleted all the DRI2 code, let's delete this,
too.

It's redundant at this point. The one exception is for GLX_PUBLIC when
building for glvnd, because then we really do want the GLX API to be
hidden.

Move it into src/gallium/include/ to make it absolutely clear this is a Mesa detail.

where we can just include kopper_interface.h instead since it includes

We're about to split the latter off as a compatibility detail for older

Since commit 7d9ea77b45 ("glx: add automatic zink fallback loading between hw
and sw drivers"), zink could be tried as a fallback. It'd better silence
if the zink loading is implicit and on fail as what commit 4cc975c6e9 ("glx: silence
more implicit-load zink errors") has done. But there seems to be one
left bebind, which is spit when building swrast but no zink with -Dglx=dri.

This has no functional change because everyone calling this is
discarding the error code, because we're relying on the server to
generate the right thing for us. But we create the direct context first
and the server isn't going to enforce everything we want it to
(supported GL versions for example). Convert out from DRI error codes to
X/GLX error codes so we can fail the right way on the client side. We're
still throwing the error away in all of the callers but that'll change
shortly.

For the DRI backends we factor this out to a dri_common_create_context
method. Indirect gets the same transformation but doesn't use the common
method since it can't rely on DRI being built.

The only thing you do with a dri driver handle is get the extensions
pointer, so just fold it in to simplify the callers.

Since the loader changes, there has been a compiler warning that the
prototype didn't match. It turns out that if a loader error message was
ever thrown, you'd segfault because of trying to use the warning level as
a format string.

The previous interface relied on a static struct, which meant that the
driver didn't get a chance to edit the struct before the struct got used.
For megadrivers, I want struct specific to the driver being loaded.

Add the infrastructure required for this extension. There is no
xserver support and no driver support yet. Drivers can enable this be
advertising DRI2 version 4 and accepting the
__DRI_CTX_FLAG_ROBUST_BUFFER_ACCESS flag and the
__DRI_CTX_ATTRIB_RESET_STRATEGY attribute in create context.
Some additional Mesa infrastructure is needed before drivers can do
this. The GL_ARB_robustness spec, which all Mesa drivers already
advertise, requires:
"If the behavior is LOSE_CONTEXT_ON_RESET_ARB, a graphics reset
will result in the loss of all context state, requiring the
recreation of all associated objects."
It is necessary to land this infrastructure now so that the related
infrastructure can land in the xserver. The xserver has very long
release schedules, and the remaining Mesa parts should land long, long
before the next xserver merge window opens.
v2: Expose robustness as a DRI2 extension rather than bumping
__DRI_DRI2_VERSION.
v3: Add a comment explaining why dri2->base.version >= 3 is also
required for GLX_ARB_create_context_robustness.

Sometimes an error is so sever that we want to print it even when the
user hasn't specifically requested debugging by setting LIBGL_DEBUG.
Add a CriticalErrorMessageF macro to be used for this case. (The error
message can still be slienced with the existing LIBGL_DEBUG=quiet).
For critical error messages we also direct the user to set the
LIBGL_DEBUG environment variable for more details.

Doesn't work for pixmaps, was looking up the GLX XID and was never thread
safe. Instead, just destroy the client side structures when the
drawable is no long current for a context.
GLXscreenConfigs is badly named and a dumping ground for a lot of stuff.
This patch creates private screen structs for the dri drivers and moves
some of their fields over there.
