7e025def6d glsl: Respect std430 layout in lower_buffer_access
Respect the std430 rules for determining offset and size of struct
members when using a std430 buffer. std140 rules lead to wrong buffer
offsets in that case.

Fixes my test case attached in Bugzilla. No piglit changes.

59f458cd87 glsl: Add 16-bit types
Adds new INT16, UINT16 and FLOAT16 base types.

The corresponding GL types for half floats were reused from the
AMD_gpu_shader_half_float extension. The int16 and uint16 types come from
NV_gpu_shader_5 extension.

This adds the builtins and the lexer support.

To avoid a bunch of warnings due to cases not handled in switch, the
new types have been added to a few places using same behavior as
their 32-bit counterparts, except for a few trivial cases where they are
already handled properly. Subsequent patches in this set will provide
correct 16-bit implementations when needed.

v2: * Use FLOAT16 instead of HALF_FLOAT as name of the base type.
    * Removed float16_t from builtin types.
    * Don't copy 16-bit types as if they were 32-bit values in
      copy_constant_to_storage().
    * Use get_scalar_type() instead of adding a new custom switch
      statement.
    (Jason Ekstrand)
v3: Use GL_FLOAT16_NV instead of GL_HALF_FLOAT for consistency
    (Ilia Mirkin)
v4: Add missing 16-bit base types support in glsl_to_nir (Eduardo Lima).
v5: Fix coding style (Topi Poholainen).

9c53b80ff9 glsl: Minor cleanups after previous commit
I think it's more clear to only call emit_access once. The only
difference between the two calls is the value of size_mul used for the
offset parameter... but you really have to look at it to be sure.

The s/is_64bit/is_double/ change is because there are no int64_t or
uint64_t matrix types.

77f5221233 glsl: pass mem_ctx to constant_expression_value(...) and friends
The main motivation for this is that threaded compilation can fall
over if we were to allocate IR inside constant_expression_value()
when calling it on a builtin. This is because builtins are shared
across the whole OpenGL context.

f81ede4699 worked around the problem by cloning the entire
builtin before constant_expression_value() could be called on
it. However cloning the whole function each time we referenced
it lead to a significant reduction in the GLSL IR compiler
performance. This change along with the following patch
helps fix that performance regression.

Other advantages are that we reduce the number of calls to
ralloc_parent(), and for loop unrolling we free constants after
they are used rather than leaving them hanging around.

49d9286a3f glsl: stop copying struct and interface member names
We are currently copying the name for each member dereference
but we can just share a single instance of the string provided
by the type.

This change also stops us recalculating the field index
repeatedly.

78659ade40 glsl: use enum glsl_interface_packing in more places. (v2)
Although the glsl_types.h stores this in a bitfield,
we should hide that from everyone else. Hide the cast
in an accessor method and use the enum everywhere.

This makes things a bit nicer in gdb, and improves type
safety.

35f8488668 glsl: keep track of ssbo variable being accessed, add access params
Currently any access params (coherent/volatile/restrict) are being lost
when lowering to the ssbo load/store intrinsics. Keep track of the
variable being used, and bake its access params in as the last arg of
the load/store intrinsics.

If the variable is accessed via an instance block, then 'variable'
points to the instance block variable and not the field inside the
instance block that we are accessing. In order to check access
parameters for the field itself we need to detect this case and keep
track of the corresponding field struct so we can extract the specific
field access information from there instead.
