edec743e8d v3dv/debug: add v3dv_print_v3d_key 
Useful to print which v3d keys were used for each variant.

46fa01f431 v3dv/debug: add v3dv_debug 
Note that for the Vulkan driver we are also reusing v3d_debug.h. This
file is for debug utilities exclusive to the Vulkan driver.
