be93e38152 aco/vn: remove instruction hash templates 
This reuses the instruction data size helper used for creating instruction.
It also removes the hashing of the aco::spans used for operands and definitions,
which was redundant with hash finalization.

1a6095b36e aco: remove SMEM_instruction::prevent_overflow 
This doesn't seem useful anymore, and it seems we forgot to set it in a
few places.

This commit changes the behaviour of the optimizer so that
prevent_overflow is always true.

This becomes possible as long as we do

   val = s_and_b32/64 exec, val

before any subgroup operations.

This precautional instruction can be removed by the
optimizer if 'val' was computed by a VOPC instruction
using the same exec mask.

2694a34aa2 aco: add NUW flag 
This (combined with a pass to actually set the corresponding NIR flags)
should help fix a lot of the regressions from the SMEM addition combining

fb5a7902f2 aco: improve hashing for value numbering 
An improved hashing greatly reduces the number of collisions,
and thus, increases the speed for lookups in the hash table.
The hash function now uses Murmur3 written by Austin Appleby.

This patch also pre-reserves space for the hashmap to avoid rehashing.

21d2799cee aco: value-number MUBUF instructions 
We will have to do this when we start creating MUBUF instructions for
load_input because NIR might not be able to tell they are identical since
it doesn't know whether two vertex attributes have the same offset.

No pipeline-db changes.
