52226d0e3f pan/va: Lower nir_texop_txd to TEX_GRADIENT with derivs followed by TEX_SINGLE 
On v9+, use TEX_GRADIENT to convert user-provided gradient into a
gradient descriptor consumed by the hardware, and then supply that
descriptor to TEX_SINGLE.

ce52b6d359 pan/bi: Rework indices for tex on Valhall 
Lower tex/sampler table in indices on panfrost.

This also implement wide indices and change the format of texture and sampler
indices received by the compiler.

ffb9919c2f panfrost: Lower sysvals in GL

1a35acd8d9 pan/bi: Rename panfrost/bifrost -> panfrost/compiler 
This is the compiler for both Bifrost and Valhall, and presumably future
Mali GPUs too. Give it a more generic name so we can use the bifrost/ path for
something a bit more specific.

For historical reasons the compiler's name is still "bifrost" and uses the
prefix `bi_`. I think that's ok in the same way that i915 in the kernel supports
way more than just i915.
