5e82d8a9da glsl: Add parameter to .equals() to ignore an IR type. 
Only implemented for ir_swizzles currently, but perhaps will be useful
for other IR types in the future.

8957c6b887 glsl: Move the CSE equality functions to the ir class. 
I want to reuse them in opt_algebraic.
