067305e4c6 vulkan: Find first_subpass when creating renderpass
Like last_subpass, add a per-view mask of what subpass first uses an
attachment. This is required for optimizing out some barriers later.

Note that this requires us to do another loop over the subpasses.

3bad2ae069 vulkan: Stop combining subpass dependencies
Rather than OR-ing all subpass dependencies together in the Vulkan layer,
pass an array of barriers down to the drivers and allow them to do the
OR-ing if needed.

ddf2aa3a4d build: avoid redefining unreachable() which is standard in C23
In the C23 standard unreachable() is now a predefined function-like
macro in <stddef.h>

And this causes build errors when building for C23:

So don't redefine it with the same name, but use the name UNREACHABLE()
to also signify it's a macro.

Using a different name also makes sense because the behavior of the
macro was extending the one of __builtin_unreachable() anyway, and it
also had a different signature, accepting one argument, compared to the
standard unreachable() with no arguments.

This change improves the chances of building mesa with the C23 standard,
which for instance is the default in recent AOSP versions.

All the instances of the macro, including the definition, were updated
with the following command line:

be2532fc00 vk/pass: Add input attachment location info
For drivers using the render pass emulation provided by the
runtime, it's important to express the mapping between
depth/stencil/color attachments and input attachments using
VkRenderingInputAttachmentIndexInfoKHR, otherwise those drivers
have to special-case emulated render passes in their
CmdBeginRendering() implementation.

e57d3551da vk/render_pass: add Mesa-specific flag for dynamic rendering
VK_KHR_dynamic_rendering_local_read allows the application to sample
from a subpass input attachment where this attachment is also the color
attachment (aka. feedback loop). With legacy RPs, it's easy to detect
that at RP creation time by looking at the input<->color indices but
with DRLR this needs to be determined dynamically.

This flag would help when legacy RPs are converted to dynamic rendering
because it's not possible to know if a subpass used input attachments.

76cf391255 vulkan/runtime: add helper to query attachment layout
The runtime is turning GENERAL layouts into FEEDBACK_LOOP ones when it
detects feedback loops in a render pass. This is breaking drivers that
would like to use a different HW layout for those 2 layouts because if
the application inserts barrier in the render pass, the barriers the
driver sees are inconsistent.

This could lead to barrier of this type :
   - GENERAL       -> FEEDBACK_LOOP (runtime)
   - GENERAL       -> GENERAL       (app)
   - FEEDBACK_LOOP -> GENERAL       (runtime)

55f3f952aa vk/graphics_state, tu: Rewrite renderpass flags handling
Before this, the render pass code or the driver combined the pipeline
create flags and the implicit flags from the render pass, but the
pipeline create flags will need to be sanitized when they are dynamic
state, so we need to do it in vk_graphics_state where we know that
information.

We also weren't combining pipeline flags correctly when linking, which
on turnip was being hidden by the lack of sanitizing for driver-provided
flags. We can't combine them correctly if they're part of the render
pass state, so they need to be pulled out into the overall pipeline
state.

For drivers using emulated renderpasses or tracking feedback loop
information themselves, this won't make a difference, but we have to
adapt turnip to not pass pipeline flags. This also means that we can
drop all handling of feedback_loop_input_only in turnip and just set it
in the runtime.

bd26ae0086 vulkan: Record pipeline flags in the render pass
This records any rendering pipeline flags in the render pass.  This
provides much-needed information for the VK_KHR_fragment_shading_rate
and VK_EXT_fragment_density_map extensions as well as provides an
alternative to VkRenderingSelfDependencyInfoMESA which is based on
VK_EXT_attachment_feedback_loop_layout.

11b2a063bf vulkan: Unconditionally add barriers for missing external subpass deps
This is a very scorched-earth approach which doesn't take into account
whether or not there are any explicitly provided dependencies.  We could
take a finer-grained approach in theory but it's unlikely to matter in
practice since you usually stall in Begin/EndRenderPass anyway.

This has basically identical semantics to the pseudo-ext enum we were
using before.  Also, now that it's in the actual Vulkan enum, we can get

d2bd089b78 vulkan: Append subpass structures to VkRenderingInfo last
If we don't append subpass->self_dep_info last, other __vk_append_struct()
calls will update its pNext chain which lives in the subpass which
should be treated as immutable.  This is easily fixable by just making
it the last thing we append to the chain.

3a204d5cf3 vulkan/render_pass: Add a better helper for render pass inheritance
Instead of making drivers dive into the render pass and framebuffer
themselves, provide a helper that constructs a VkRenderingInfo for a
render pass resume that they can use instead.  This should reduce code
duplication between driver implementations of BeginRendering and
BeginCommandBuffer.

ca5ad9cbee vulkan: Add helpers for getting rendering info from a renderpass
These helpers are used by vkCreateGraphicsPipelines to get the
VkPipelineRenderingCreateInfo and in vkCmdBeginCommandBuffer to get the
VkCommandBufferInheritanceRenderingInfo.  This is required because the
Vulkan runtime code can't yet hook and modify calls made to driver-
provided functions.  Instead, we just provide a helper to be used in leu
of vk_find_struct_const().  The structs themselves are stored in the
render pass so we can pass back a pointer and there's no need to
construct one on the stack or stuff it in the pipeline.

1d726940d2 vulkan: Add a common CmdBegin/EndRederPass implementation
This implements vkCmdBeginRenderPass, vkCmdEndRenderPass, and
vkCmdNextSubpass in terms of the new vkCmdBegin/EndRendering included in
VK_KHR_dynamic_rendering and Vulkan 1.3.  All subpass dependencies and
implicit layout transitions are turned into actual barriers.  It does
require VK_KHR_synchronization2 because it always uses the 64-bit
version of the pipeline stage and access bitfields.

This basically contains everything in pCreateInfo plus one or two extra
bits that might be useful.
