VK_EXT_legacy_vertex_attributes was enabled for both Anv and Turnip
but this never fully made its way to the docs.

Note that we don't support (and clarify on code why) two of the
features of this extension:
* extendedDynamicState2PatchControlPoints: as we don't support
Tessellation Shaders
* extendedDynamicState2LogicOp: as supporting it would need to allow
compile shader variants after pipeline creation, that we try to
avoid as much as possible (and it is not supported right now)
Note that those two features are not mandatory for Vulkan 1.3. From
spec:
"Promotion to Vulkan 1.3
This extension has been partially promoted. The dynamic state
enumerants VK_DYNAMIC_STATE_DEPTH_BIAS_ENABLE_EXT,
VK_DYNAMIC_STATE_PRIMITIVE_RESTART_ENABLE_EXT, and
VK_DYNAMIC_STATE_RASTERIZER_DISCARD_ENABLE_EXT; and the
corresponding entry points in this extension are included in core
Vulkan 1.3, with the EXT suffix omitted. The enumerants and entry
points for dynamic logic operation and patch control points are not
promoted, nor is the feature structure. Extension interfaces that
were promoted remain available as aliases of the core functionality."

This has been a long and painful extension to implement but finally
RADV has support for it on all supported generations. It's passing
VKCTS and GLCTS through Zink but the number of application using ESO
is currently very limited.
This adds RADV_DEBUG=noeso to disable it for debugging purposes.

This extension can be very useful for debugging VM faults with AMDGPU
because it's possible to associate VA ranges with Vulkan objects. Also
useful for detecting use-after-free.

VK_EXT_post_depth_coverage was implemented in
f1305d49d9 ("tu: Implement VK_EXT_post_depth_coverage").
Additionally mark that certain extensions are supported from a650
onwards rather than exclusively on that generation in features.txt
to match the formatting that the other drivers use.

* VK_GOOGLE_hlsl_functionality1
* VK_GOOGLE_user_type
There's nothing for the driver to do; it's all handled in spirv_to_nir.

There are few EXT_ extensions that were promoted to KHR_, but we didn't
enabled them as supported.
This makes some CTS tests to be run as unsupported when they should be
supported instead.
For example, we were passing 16/108 line rasterization tests instead of
40/108 because we did not enabled KHR_line rasterization.
