Judging by comments in the chat, it seems the usage of the tokens in crnm is
only natural when you've been using it for a while. New users would appreciate
reading it in the documentation, beyond the help in the tool.
Also, mentioning how to create a token and what's the minimal scope of the
token to be used with the tool can help new users.

Start by finding our known prefix, stripping only that off, then
validating that the rest of the data makes sense. This fixes certain
tokens which were erroneously getting rejected.

Some recurrent messages are only cluttering the ci_run_n_monitor's logs,
so let's use the easily provided @cache decorator to print stuff that
the user will only needs to see once.
Also removes some junk that can happen during the pipeline monitoring
loop, like the "----" line break, and newlines.

When printing time durations, the smaller units can always have the same
number of digits. Helps to have aligned fields when printing.

When the namespace have a dash, this method cannot recogniza properly
the fields in a url. Better to use a regular expression quickly defining
the fields. The exception raised, when the pattern is not recognized
would help more the handler.

This validation code has 2 bugs, the main one being that it is wrong and
is refusing perfectly valid codes. Let's remove this until we come up
with a valid check.
This reverts commit cd8b546205.

Validate the token to be able to warn the user about wrong
authentication settings.
Treat the default token argument case, when the token file is not found.

Moved the `get_token_from_default_dir` method to a common module for
shared use between `gitlab_gql.py` and `ci_run_n_monitor.py`. This
migration facilitates better code organization and potential future

Now you don't fail if you're trying to test a mesa/mesa MR pipeline and
gitlab takes more than 10s to create it. And you don't have to wait 10
seconds to get things started (aka see if your regex was right) if you're
testing a user/mesa fork pipeline.

Allow to monitor pipelines in any <user>/<project> on gitlab.fdo.
If developers want to monitor MR pipelines, they can run with
--project mesa/mesa to force it to be picked from mesa username.

Any change in .gitlab-ci/ directory triggers an entire CI run,
which is unnecessary for just changing the developers' scripts.
Added symlink to `.gitlab-ci/bin` to keep original invocation compatibility.
