vulkan/wsi/wayland: fix ARGB window support

Use an ARGB format for the DRM buffer when the compositeAlpha field
in VkSwapchainCreateInfoKHR is set to
VK_COMPOSITE_ALPHA_PRE_MULTIPLIED_BIT_KHR.
